Antonio Rondeau was born in 1976, in Belladere Haiti, He’s a married man, his wife’s name is Anata Louis, Antonio has moved to the US March 2007, He has 2 girls, One eight, One sixteen. In 2010 he became a US citizen; he had been working at Morrison in Jackson north hospital in north Miami Beach Florida for 5 years from 2007 to 2012.
Antonio bought his 1st property in May 2011 in Florida, after a while in 2012 he had moved to New York. Since that time, he became his own boss. In 2016, Antonio realized if we the people worked together as one family with transparency, we will create riches, and have a better income to build our own financial freedom to have a better life and live better. After 1 year of imagination, Antonio had presented his business idea to Jean Olga Louis who was his pastor at that time, he got the approval from him to start the business. Antonio began to share the vision to others such as family, friends, & church assemblies. He started to motivate people about his goal.
He had his 1st gathering meeting at a restaurant On December 9, 2017, with only 7 people, in Clarendon, Brooklyn, New York. Since that day, Antonio Rondeau, chose this corporation name as Dollar Transfer & Financial Services INC. On January 4th, 2018, Antonio had decided to establish the business in the state of Florida. During that time, He started inviting others to join his business idea to achieve that goal. Where he was going to have the first 2nd gathering meeting in the state of Florida, in Miami, on December 29, 2018, with 19 people.
Dollar Transfer & Financial Services INC. had its very 1st annual meeting on July 6th, 2019, in Boynton Beach, Florida, 2nd Annual Meeting on December 9th, 2020, in Boynton Beach, in Florida, 3rd annual one was virtual on January 9th, 2021, 4th annual meeting on January 8th, 2022, in Hilton hotel in West Palm Beach, Florida, & last but not least 5th annual meeting was on May 20th, 2023, in Queens, New York. As of May 2024, Dollar Transfer is an investing real estate company, it’s a private company owned by 62 people including 13 board members.
Dollar transfer is a S-Corporation registered with only one thousand common shares. Where 876 shares have been delivered to the 62 members and 124 shares left . Dollar Transfer is an open company that not only gives everyone the opportunity to be an investor but to be a co-founder. Antonio as the CEO founder wants to enlarge the company & give more people the opportunity to be a part of this legacy, He leaves the door open for 38 more new co-founders to come and succeed together. According to him we’re not born to make a living just to pay bills and die. We were born to make a difference.

The Founder
Antonio Rondeau founded Dollar Transfer & Financial Services Inc., a private real estate investment company, in 2017. Born in Haiti in 1976, Antonio immigrated to the US in 2007. He became a citizen in 2010 and built a life for himself and his family—his wife, Anata Louis, and two girls. In 2010, he became a US citizen and bought his first property in May 2011 in Florida. In 2012, he moved to New York. Since that time, he has become his own boss. In 2016, Antonio envisioned a future where people could work together for financial freedom and a better life. After receiving approval from his pastor, Antonio began sharing his vision with family, friends, and church members. In December 2017, he held the first gathering with just seven people in Brooklyn, New York. This marked the birth of Dollar Transfer & Financial Services INC. Deciding to establish the business in Florida, Antonio held the second gathering in Miami in December 2018, attracting 19 attendees. The company held its first annual meeting in July 2019 and continued to hold annual meetings, culminating in the 5th annual meeting in May 2023.
